After sourcing the correct patio door latch from this company online I would like to commend at the highest level the superior service I received from Tracy. The initial order arrived as stated the next day, however the actual product was faulty ( not an unusual occurrence these days) and I contacted their customer services. Tracy (their technical advisor) contacted me as promised and after asking several technical related questions informed that a replacement would be sent ASAP. The new latch arrived the next day, The faulty latch was picked up by courier 2 days later. The level of service, information and updates provided is second to none and I would certainly highly recommend this company for their dedication towards customer satisfaction.

A story.
 
Last Tuesday, lock on back door fails.
 
Last Wednesday, internet search finds your company; I phone (expecting the all-too-usual and tiresome 'select from the following options' phone system). Remarkably, get a human ('Tracy' I think I remember).
Wonderfully helpful. Choose replacement items. They are promised for next-day delivery. Cynically, don't expect that will happen.
 
Last Thursday, everything arrives.
 
Last Friday, all fitted and working beautifully (OK, that bit was down to me).
 
I am, therefore, a very satisfied customer of your company and would like that fact passed on to whoever runs the place and is (presumably) responsible for how you're run and how your staff are trained.
 
Well done and keep doing it. I (of course) will tell others the story.

I write to express my gratitude to Tracy for her patience and expertise in identifying the correct replacement part for an old Mila lock. In addition the delivery was very fast - and it took only about one hour to replace. For reference the two old small screws that fix the side mechanism to the gear body were slightly too small, but 2 replacements screws were fortunately located quickly.
Many thanks again to Tracy for an extremely efficient and professional service.
