Window Hinges

Friction stay: a variable window hinge which enables the secure opening and closing of the window. An adjustable friction slide helps to hold the window in an open position. 

Egress/Easy clean: allow the UPVC windows to open to almost 90 degree to allow for emergency exit and also make the windows easy to clean. 

Restricted: prevent the windows opening to approx 100mm. This provides child safety and helps prevent falls from height. They can be over ridden by pressing the button, which allows them to open fully for ventilation and cleaning purposes.
